Zachary David Adams

Zachary Adams, 24, passed away Monday, July 11, 2022, at his home in Ames. A Celebration of Zack's Life may be held by his family at a later date. Zachary David Adams was born on October 22, 1997, in Newport News, Virginia. He is the son of Rick Adams and Lisa (McIntosh) Beckley. Zack grew up on the East coast until moving to Ames where he completed his high school education. After graduation, he worked in food service in the Ames area. During his free time, Zack enjoyed fishing, traveling, watching sports games, in person and at home, especially hockey and football. He also liked playing video games, visiting local casinos and loved Las Vegas. Zack will be missed by his children Johnon Pote and Aryana Pote; father, Rick Adams; mother, Lisa Beckley; brother, Joshua Adams; sisters, Tiffany Gould, and Rebecca Dobbins; grandmother, Sharon Ebert; and aunts, Melisa Johnson, Galene Weems, Sherry Brown, Tammy Price, and Carla Jones.
