Teresa Drewniak

Teresa Drewniak, of Antigo, died Monday, August 8, 2022, at Wausau Manor. She was 82 years old. She was born on July 14, 1940, in Wroclaw, Poland, a daughter of Antoni and Marta (Jesiolkowska) Saldatk. She married Andrzej Drewniak on January 20, 1959, in Poland. He preceded her in death on June 5, 2014. Teresa and Andrzej moved to the United States in 1984. She taught herself English by watching MeTV. Teresa was a nurse in Florida and retired when she moved to Pickerel in 2000. She enjoyed art, cooking for her family and was very proud of her sister whom was a famous Polish opera singer. Survivors include two granddaughters, Angel Drewniak and Megan Hass; two grandsons, Michael Drewniak and Robert Drewniak all of Pickerel; and a great-grandson, Nikoli Drewniak. She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Jan (Kathy) Drewniak; two sisters; and a brother. No services will be held. Bradley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
