Donald May

Don May, 75, passed away at home with family by his bedside on August 15, 2022. He was born Dec 2, 1946 to Donald E. May and Minnie (Ayres) Johnson in Dayton, OH. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He was enlisted into the US Airforce where he was deployed overseas, serving in Thailand, during the Vietnam War. He met and married the love of his life, Delcie. They were happily married for 53 years when he passed. Don alway said "He was an opal cutter, who had a degree in business finance, who worked as a janitor, but would rather spend his life hunting rocks in the desert". Proceeded by; his parents, step-father Allen Johnson, and sister Edith Durrett. Donald is survived by his wife Delcie, children Jason (Holly) May, Scott (Cari) May; sister Roanna (David) Smith, brother Ronald (Jane) May; grandchildren Alyse, Alexis, and Natasha; many nieces and nephews.
