In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son in infancy, Jeremy Hitz; a brother, Paul Hitz; father and mother-in-law, Leo and Margaret Cahak; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Tammy and Karen Hitz, Eunice Antoniewicz, Betty Hersant, Marion Nowe, Mary, Ron, Don, and Charles Cahak. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 28 from Noon to 4 p.m. at City Park-East Pavilion.
