es. Randy loved technology and had every Apple computer, iPad, and iPhone. An avid early adapter, if it was shiny and had an Apple on it, he would be in line to buy it. He would frequently say that he lived in Texas so that he could attend both Mac World East Coast and West Coast. His friends would often call for tech advice, and he was always willing to help. Randy married his longtime friend, Sandra Smith Herzstein, in 2011. They were known for their beautiful and lively dinner parties. They traveled abroad and frequently visited friends and family around the country. Randy is also survived by three talented and intelligent children, Michael Herzstein and fiancé, Amanda Terranova of Dallas, Bari Herzstein Fishel and husband David of Houston, and Marcie Prohofsky of San Francisco. He also leaves behind his adored and precious grandchildren, Max, Elise, and Theodore Fishel, his brother Marc Herzstein and wife Judy, Michael and Bari's mother Adele Herzstein, his sister-in-law, Joyce Lipp Garfinkel, and numerous friends and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Isabell and Max Herzstein, and Helen Holcomb.
