ted her life to her children and grandchildren, her church, her friends, and her community. She had a special devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and was a member of St. Gabriel's Catholic Church, the Altar and Rosary Society, and their choir. Kathleen enjoyed being the NESCO school nurse for a number of years. She was a Chicago Cubs fan and legendary baker of bread and cinnamon rolls. She also loved dancing, playing euchre, jigsaw puzzles, and traveling including a trip to her heritage homeland of Ireland. Truly a wonderful wife and mother that will be missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband of 73 years Rex Gogerty; children Dan (Lana) Gogerty, Tom (Robin) Gogerty, Kevin (Karen) Gogerty, Mary (Doug) Phillips, and Ann (Kaya Tolon) Gogerty; 8 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; sisters Lois Schlegel and Deb (Bob) Green; brothers Joe O'Brien, Mike (Joyce) O'Brien, and Terry O'Brien; sisters-in-law Maurna O'Brien and Nikki Manternach; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Earl (Elaine) O'Brien, Ralph (Mary Ann) O'Brien, George O'Brien, Pat (Ann) O'Brien, and Steve O'Brien; sister Joannel (Irwin) McDermott; sisters-in-law Delores O'Brien and Monie O'Brien; brothers-in-law Pat (Ruth) Gogerty and Rich Schlegel.
