. In 1995, they sold the business and moved to Phoenix, AZ where Ron continued to work for a few more years before retiring to enjoy the sunshine and family. Ron had many interests including boating and water skiing, taking motorcycle trips, playing tennis and basketball, and woodworking; but above all, he loved his family. He and Harriet raised three daughters and have eight grandchildren. He lived for family meals and gatherings. He loved gift giving at Christmas. He made sure the family took yearly summer vacations, most of which centered around a fun time at the lake or a day at the amusement park. (He liked a good rollercoaster.) He is survived by his 3 loving daughters: Robin Parmley (Pat Finley), Becky Russell (Mike Russell), Dawn Parmley; and his wonderful sister, Janet Dryer. A private celebration was held with his family. His ashes were comingled with Harriet's so they are once again together. His daughters will forever be thankful for the love that he showed them and for his undying belief in family. He is greatly missed and is loved beyond words!
