ry, and was a longtime usher and eucharistic minister. Alice loved to bowl, dance, read, play cards, walk, and spend time working in her yard with her flowers. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren Heath (Crystal) Brandt, Sara (Joe) Franey, Clint Brandt, and Jay (Grace) Simmons. Alice enjoyed attending their sporting events and music activities. Alice spent her last 20 years helping to raise great grandchildren Jack Franey, Hogan Franey, Ella Brandt, Carly Franey, Bo Brandt, Brock Brandt, Bennett Brandt, Briar Brandt, Andie Simmons, and Lily Alice Simmons. She was especially proud of being able to watch Jack and Hogan Franey play at Principal Park in several state baseball tournaments and attending their trips to the state basketball tournament at Wells Fargo Arena. There is nothing Alice loved more than a 3-pointer swishing through the net! There are many things Alice will be remembered for. Some of our favorites include her rosary beads clacking, always having a handkerchief, her love for desserts, and her impeccable laundry skills. The family would like to thank Essence of Life Hospice workers Jess, Melissa, and Kailynda. They would also like to thank Dr. Amy, Miss Pat, Miss Edie, Miss Alivea, and Miss Kelly. Without their help we would not have been able to care for our mom, grandma, and great grandma in her home. Alice is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, uncle Julian Boudonck, siblings Janice Bringmann and Robert DeMeyer, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. On Thursday, March 2, 2023, please join us celebrating Alice's wonderful life. The rosary begins at 10:30, followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00, and lunch and visiting family in St. Bridget's Parish Hall. Memorials may go to St. Bridget's Catholic Church Air Condition Fund or The Calvary Cemetery Fund.
