loved bowling and bowled in leagues for many years garnering many awards. She was also an avid reader, always with a book in her hands. She had many good friends and will be missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Mangerson of Rhinelander; son, Thomas (Juanita) Butzin of Horicon; five grandchildren, Terry Galecki, Matthew (Amy) Plautz, Mark Plautz, Lisa Seidl and Robert Butzin; four great-grandchildren; step-daughter, Debbie Marckx; and step-son, Dave (Bonnie) Marckx. In addition to her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ursula Puerling; son-in-law, Judge Mark Mangerson; and grandson-in-law, Erik Seidl. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 30, at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Elcho with Rev. Arul Kennedy Gaspar officiating. Following the Mass burial will take place at Lakeside Cemetery in Summit Lake. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass. A huge thank you from the family to the wonderful doctors, nurses, and aids at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital, as well as hospice workers that lovingly cared for Lillian until her death.
