Joyce L. Little

Joyce L. Little (Dinkins), 76 passed away on May 17, 2023, in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was the wife of Gary Little. Joyce and Gary were married for 46 years. Born in Peoria, Illinois, she was the daughter of Dalles and Kathern Dinkins. Joyce graduated from East Peoria Community High School in East Peoria, Illinois. She worked many jobs in her lifetime. Her favorite was serving as a para educator in various Arizona elementary schools. Some may remember her as a wonderful sales associate with JCPenney. Joyce is survived by her husband Gary Little, her sister Katie Westlake (Jim) her four children Todd Goins (Jill) Kimberli Magnussen (Bob) Kelli Moreton (Drew) Wesley Little (Keleigh) a step son Brett Little, her 12 grandchildren Brianna Nessler, Ellen Nosbisch, Madeline Lowder, Eva Goins, Jenna Moreton, Bradley Magnussen, Sam Monk, Zach Little, Alex Little and 11 great grandchildren, and one more due this summer. a super fan for all of her grandkids' numerous sports and activities. Her travel typically included a visit to see her children, extended family, or a close friend. Joyce was a jokester and always up for a prank or adventure. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, kind heart and starting the ritual of our family's bedtime back scratching sessions. Joyce also volunteered her time at the Sun City Elks Club. There will be a celebration of Life (golf themed) on May 31st, 2023 (her birthday) from 5pm-9pm at the home of Wesley and Keleigh Little.
