Anthony William Mendonca

Anthony William Mendonca, a longtime resident of Dos Palos, CA passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023 at his residence, he was 92years old. Tony was born February 3, 1931, in Los Banos, California the son of Antonio and Maria (Silva) Mendonca. He spent all his life in the Dos Palos and Los Banos area. He was a dairyman for over 57 years, a member of Sacred Heart Church and a member of the American Legion Post 86. Tony was an avid boxing fan and ex-military boxer. He will be deeply missed and remembered lovingly by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and the love of his life Gloria Mendonca in 2009. Tony leaves to cherish his memories: his brother Kenneth (Gloria) Mendonca, his sister Mary Frances (Merlin) Raymond; his nieces and nephews; Isabel Mendonca Reid, Sandra Huff, Patrick Mendonca, Robert Mendonca and Misty Mendonca, and many other nieces, nephews and friends. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel of Dos Palos from 5pm to 7pm followed by the Holy Rosary at 7pm.
