fort with family, being outdoors, and attending annual White House Jesuit Retreats in St. Louis, MO with his good friend, Joe Martin. Dan was an avid reader, food (especially dessert) enthusiast. He loved kayaking, golfing, skydiving, and riding dirt bikes. Dan held many titles in his life, from carpenter to truck driver but his favorite roles were being a father and grandfather. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family. So much so that he coached high school golf to spend time with his sons, in addition to their annual camping trip in Pitkin, CO with family and good friend Terry Van Ornum. Dan always encouraged his children to have fun and follow their hearts, no matter what. He always knew how to live life to the fullest. As Dan would say, "it's all good". Celebrating the Life of Dan, there will be a come and go visitation from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Saturday, August 12, 2023 in the chapel of Laufersweiler Funeral Home. A private family graveside service will be held at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Barnum.
