John C. Imundo Sr.

EAST BRUNSWICK- JOHN C. IMUNDO SR. passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at his residence. He was 80 years old. Born in Bronx, NY, to Joseph and Mary (née Carelli) Imundo he resided there before settling down in East Brunswick in 1975. Prior to retiring in 2005, he worked as a territory manager for AT&T in New York, where he worked for 33 years. He was a committee chair member of the East Brunswick Boy Scout Troop 132. In his leisure time, he loved spending time with his grandchildren, his train set and he loved Halloween. John was predeceased by his parents, his brothers, Victor Imundo and Joseph Imundo; his sister, Rosemarie Walsh; his brother-in-law, Dr. Peter Walsh; his sisters-in-law, Jeanie Imundo and Leana Imundo. Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Lenora Mary (née Leader) Imundo; his sons, Thomas J. Imundo of Old Bridge, John C. Imundo Jr. and his wife, Denise Nadine, of Spotswood, and his two grandchildren, Dolores Imundo and Erin Imundo.
