Although he never had any children of his own, he loved spending time with his nieces and nephews, and he would be sure to let them know how much he cared for them. That bond he had with his family was truly remarkable, Jeff loved the holidays and getting the opportunity to catch up with everyone was something he looked forward to, and the leftovers. Ask anyone who had ever met Jeff and they would say he always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye that will not be forgotten. Jeff touched countless friends and will be missed by the community. Left to cherish Jeff's memory is his: Brother, Terry Sobotka, his nieces, Kim Mollhoff, Cindy Rolph, Heidi Schermerhorn, Kirsty Sobotka, and Nastasya Sobotka. His nephew Shane Mead. His great nieces Danielle, Markie, Desstinnie, Savannah and Harper. His great nephews, Brian, Kevin. Daniel, Leeland, Aydan and Nikoli. He also had 6 great great nieces and nephews, Chase, Emah, Bryce, Kade, Anna and Elizabeth. He is preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Betty, his sister Linda Mead and his brother Dale Sobotka.
