Despina Savarese (nee Harris), on April 11, 2024, of Laurel Springs, formerly of Eddystone. Age 81. Beloved wife of the late Paul Savarese. Devoted mother of Maria McKeown and Paul Savarese (Noriko). Loving Yia-Yia of Kyra, Tia, and Emma. Beloved daughter of the late Gus and Irene (nee Sophocles) Harris. Despina retired from the Gloucester Township School District where she worked as an aide for many years There will be a viewing from 10:00am until 12:00pm on Thursday, April 18 at St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church: 615 Mercer St., Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. Funeral service 12:00pm at the church. Interment at Locustwood Memorial Park.[more]
