William G. McCormack, on June 10, 2024, of Somerdale, NJ formerly of Rahway, NJ. Age 86. Beloved husband of 48 years to the late Jo Ann (nee Rotella). Devoted father of Laurene Pryor (James), Michael McCormack (Gina) Jo Ann Nicholson (James) and the late William M. McCormack. Doting grandfather of Michael Marchsani, Christopher Marchesani (Alicia), Zachary McCormack, Lauren Daguanno (Dion), James Pryor, Dylan Nicholson and Darby Nicholson. Adoring great-grandfather of Madison Marchesani, Lukas Marchesani, Lorelai Marchesani, Michael Marchesani, Daniel Marchesani, Henry Daguanno, and Charlie Daguanno. William was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 7, 1938. He grew up in Rahway, NJ. William was employed by Hess Oil for many years. Upon leaving Hess Oil, he became the owner/operator of 4 Sunoco Service Stations in Camden and Gloucester counties. He was lovingly nick-named "Sunoco Bill". There will be a viewing from 10am to 11am on Friday, June 14, 2024 at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Followed by a funeral service at 11am. Interment private at the request of the family.[more]
