mmer who played in multiple bands throughout his life. Most notably The Surf Jerkz and SLUDGE. He listened to all types of music but was a real sucker for heavy metal and the greats, such as Yes, Rush, Led Zeppelin and Grateful Dead. He never met an object that couldn't be used as a drum such as the steering wheel and dashboard, the dinner table, and even the groceries on the conveyor belt at check out. He never wore a pair of jeans he didn't look good in or met a woman who didn't do a double-take when he walked by. He had a head of hair that was to be envied and looks to match. Jimmy was such a bright light and a personal favorite to so many. He had so much love to give and he left a mark on everyone he ever met, leaving a glow in his wake. His family and friends were everything to him and he did everything he could to make sure they knew it; even if his methods were unconventional and different. He was a humble man who didn't want much more than to love and be loved. He had a stubbornness and determination like no other! He was so honored to be a brother, an uncle, a friend, a lover, and most of all, a Dad and Grandfather. He has left a huge void in his absence. Jimmy has moved on to play bigger and better drums. There will be a visitation from 6pm to 7pm on Friday, June 28, 2024, at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Memorial service at 7pm. Interment is private at the request of the family.
