being outdoors. He kept a beautiful garden and graciously shared the harvest to make sure those around him were well provided for. He was an avid Pittsburg Steelers and Penn State fan. Never one to sit idle, he could always be found working on a project or serving someone else. He could talk to anyone and made friends wherever he went, entertaining everyone with his stories and jokes. His greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Ravee, his children Wes (Karina) Mullins, Art (Amy) Mullins, Brad (Trudy) Mullins, Taunya (Daren) Collier, and Melanie (Andrew) Heath; 12 grandchildren; soon-to-be 12 great-grandchildren; siblings George "Merlin" (Dorothy) Mullins, Patricia (Donald) Conner, Byron (Sandra) Mullins, William (Alverta) Mullins, Ada (Robert) Hutton, Albert (Sherril) Mullins, June (Fred) Bennett, Edna (Francis) Nelen, Richard (Gayla) Mullins, and Rodney (Sherrie) Mullins. He is preceded in death by his parents; his son, Daniel Weston Mullins; his sister, Margaretta "Peg" (Andrew) Anderson; and his brother, Cleon "Sonny" (Stancia) Mullins. Services for Jim will be held Monday July 1, 2024 at 2:00pm at the Maeser 3rd Ward LDS Chapel, 2575 North 1500 West. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 12:30pm ~ 1:45pm, all at the chapel. Interment in the Rockpoint Cemetery with Military Honors by the American Legion Post 11.
