Survivors include four sons, Carl (Edwina) Whitt of Menomonee Falls, Jeff (Jane) Whitt of Stevens Point, Andy (Brenda) Whitt of Highland Village, Texas, and Joe (Carolyn) Whitt of Ponte Vedra, Florida; eight grandchildren, William (Joanie), Jodi (Jim), Lori (Brad), Mike (Jamie), Jennifer (Nick), Jeremiah (Mellisa), Katie (Seth) and Mitchell (Madelyn); and ten great-grandchildren, Tyler (Jordyn), Gunnar, Briannyn, Brodie, Isla, Sydney, Jay, Mackenzie, Inara and Barbara. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Lester, Carl Jr., Ed, Don and Richard; and six sisters, Loretta Amburgy, Anne Nehls, Emma Huffins, Geraldine Nielson, Alice Parmalee and Helen Pergakis. A special thank you to the Staff of Evergreen Terrace for the wonderful care they gave while allowing "Jean to be Jean" and her niece Terry Zelechowski. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 19 at 12 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Reverend Marvin Kindle officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 10 a.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will take place immediately following the service at St. James Catholic Cemetery in White Lake. Donations in her memory can be made to the White Lake Area Historical Society.
