Peggy Harrison Passed away on July 12, 2024. Peggy is predeceased by her husband, Robert W. Harrison; sons-in-law, Michael Murphy & Jerry Stacy; parents, J. Russell & Ruth Rowe. She is survived by her children, Wendy Murphy, Russell Harrison & Betsy (Ross) Koenig; grandsons, Patrick (Kelly) Koenig & Ethan Koenig; niece & nephew, Ginny Bartlett & David (Trina) Learned; many dear friends. Peggy was born on March 14, 1926 in Wellsville, NY. Shortly thereafter they moved to Wellsboro, PA. She was an only child, but her faithful companion was her dog, Rollo. Peggy graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Bucknell University. She met her future husband, Bob, in Hartford and they started their family in Rochester, NY. Peggy returned to school and earned a Masters of Education from the University of Rochester. Following this she taught high school mathematics for many years in the West Irondequoit School District. Peggy enjoyed playing bridge, belonged to many book clubs and traveled all over the world with her husband, Bob. She also enjoyed the water and hosting her friends at her poolside.
