Carol Ann Mishler, age 80, of Deerbrook, died on July 20, 2024 at her daughter's home. She was born on May 18, 1944 in Pewaukee, a daughter of Arnold and Hazel (Rook) Knuth. She married James Mishler on June 2, 1962 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Elcho. He preceded her in death on October 2, 2021. Carol tied flies for Sheldon's for many years. She enjoyed knitting and cooking. She enjoyed the companionship of her dog, Gizmo and the time spent with her friends, Karen and Sue. Survivors include two daughters, Lee A. (Joe) Braatz of Shawano, and Lisa (Tom Basler) Mishler of Gleason; three sons, Dan (Michele Stroncek) Mishler, David (Ronda) Mishler, and James Mishler, Jr. all of Deerbrook; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Jeanne (Robert) Roberts of Viera, FL, Arlene (John) Gages of Milwaukee, and Patricia (Steve) Byhoffer of Blaine, MN; a brother, Melvin (Vikki) Knuth of Green Bay; two sisters-in-law, Donna (Ronald) Hagen and Joan (Ray) Pond both of Rhinelander. on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Hagen officiating. Burial will take place in Kempster Lakeside Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday at the funeral home from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. A special thank you to Dr. Lakshmi Deep for the wonderful care she gave our mom.
