Matthew Howard, of Antigo, passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2024 at the age of 34. He was born on October 15, 1990 a son of Mickeal Howard and the late Joyce (Hayes) Howard.
Mat was a great kid. He would do anything for anybody at any time. He loved his dog, Biscuit, and spent a lot of time with him. He enjoyed magnet fishing, collecting Marvel action pictures, and kayaking. He also enjoyed bicycling and going on the nature trails.
Mat lived in Marshfield for many years, having recently moved to Antigo and was employed at Ace Equipment Company.
Mat was the type of guy who would give the shirt off his back, he enjoyed helping people and was always there for anyone who needed him. He was a great uncle to his niece who loved him dearly and a great brother who was adored and loved. He was loved by his family and will be deeply missed.
In addition to his father, he is survived by a sister, Linda Howard of Appleton; a brother, Mike Howard, Jr. of Antigo; niece, Serenity Howard; a step-brother, Chris Mitchell of Waco, Texas; aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
