Marion Clara Van Alstine, of White Lake, died on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at The Bay at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center in Antigo. She was 90 years old. She was born on May 2, 1934 in Sobieski, WI, a daughter of Delbert and Clara (Antoniewcz) Van Alstine.
Marion attended Langlade Grade School and White Lake High School. She worked in Milwaukee for Blue Cross Blue Shield for 32 years as an analyst and senior clerk. She retired on June 1, 1989. Following her retirement she moved to White Lake and was a driver for social services.
She was a member of Saints James and Stanislaus Catholic Church in White Lake. Marion enjoyed bird watching.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Joyce Van Alstine; Godsons, Mark (Nancy) Van Alstine and John (Roberta) Van Alstine; and nephew, Jesse (Sue) Van Alstine. Marion was a loving third grandma to Timothy (Monica) Van Alstine and Kathryn (Steven) Taylor.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Helen Van Alstine; two sisters, Lorraine Van Alstine and Delphine (James) Hendricks; and three brothers, Thomas (Mavis) Van Alstine, Delbert (Natalie) Van Alstine, and James Van Alstine.
