Timothy Alan Christianson

Timothy Alan Christianson, a beloved brother, son and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at the age of 58. Born on April 8th, 1967 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Tim grew up in Shelby, Iowa where he resided until his car accident in 1985. Suffering from a traumatic brain injury and paralyzed on his right side, Tim was moved to Harmony House in Waterloo, Iowa which became home to him for the next 41 years. Tim had a passion for pizza, pepsi, rock music, checkers, card games, muscle cars and all things motorized. He found joy in spending time with family and friends. His laughter and many memories will live on in the countless lives he touched. Tim is survived by his siblings, Terry Christianson, Glen Christianson, Dianna (Wendy) Workman, Anita (Josh) Martin, Angie (Duane) Jorgenson, many nieces and nephews, his special friend Julie and many other close friends. Tim was preceded in death by both parents, Richard and Jeannette Christianson and his wife, Kim. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
