Wayne Williquette

Wayne W.Williquette, 66, Green Bay, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2004. He was born Oct. 6, 1937, in Green Bay to the late Alowen and Elizabeth (Hockstock) Williquette. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps for six years. Wayne was employed by the Green Bay Police Department for 30 years, retiring in 1992. He enjoyed softball, was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed collecting Budweiser memorabilia. sister-in-law, Gerald (Diane) Jyrkila, Michigan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Madeline and two sisters, Elaine Steinfeldt and Suzanne Patterson. Friends may call after 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 2, at Lyndahl Funeral Home, Lombardi Ave. at Ridge Rd. where the funeral service will take place at 2:30 P.M. with Ann Froelich officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Wayne's name. The family would like to thank the staffs of St. Mary's Rehabilitation program and St. Vincent's Hospital.
