Richard Weber

Richard ?Dick? Weber, 68, Green Bay, died Monday, November 1, 2004, at a local hospital. He was born September 14, 1936, to the late Herbert and Arlene Weber. He served our country in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict as a crash medic. Dick married Irene Benson in 1964; she preceded him in death on January 1, 1999. He was a long shoreman on the docks in Milwaukee. He later was employed by General Motors for 10 years, before becoming plant manager for The Spice and Seasoning Division of ITC, retiring in 2000. Dick loved spending time gardening and cooking for his family. His last few years were enjoyed spending time with his companion, Gwen Downing, and her children. He is survived by his five children, Patricia Skenandore, Ruidoso, New Mexico; Beverly Skenandore, Oneida; Carol Skenandore, Ruidoso, New Mexico; Debbie Dwyer, Green Bay; and Robert Weber, Menasha; 11 grandchildren, David, Jerrid, Tony, Ericka, Teri Lynn, Kristi, Sebastian, Alliya, Kayla, Connor, and Michaela; 4 great-grandchildren, Paige, Hannah, Logan and Michael; Aunt Elrose, Las Cruces, New Mexico; the gang at Fuzzy's Bar; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. , he was preceded in death by one son, Michael Skenandore, an infant sister, Carol Ann and his parents-in-law, Theodore and Mamie Benson. A gathering to honor and celebrate Dick's life will begin at 12 noon on Saturday, November 6, 2004 at his home, 1433 Baumgart Road, Green Bay. Lyndahl Funeral Home is serving the family.
