Raymond C. Jochimsen, 80, Ashwaubenon, formerly of Kangaroo Lake, died Saturday, July 10, 2004 at a local hospital. He was born February 25, 1924, to the late Rudolph and Elizabeth (Schroeter) Jochimsen in Racine, Wisconsin. During World War II, he served in the U. S. Navy from 1943 to 1946. On June 15, 1946, he married Thelma Wick in Milwaukee. Raymond was employed by Wisconsin Gas Co., retiring in 1980. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Thelma; two daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Terry McGrew, De Pere, and Cheryl and Byron Kruschke, Green Bay; one granddaughter, Sara Kruschke; a sister-in-law: Heidi Jochimsen, West Allis; many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Dr. Marvin Jochimsen and an infant brother, Donald. Friends may call after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2004, at Lyndahl Funeral Home, Lombardi Ave. at Ridge Rd., where funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev.
