John G. Behringer

John G. Behringer, 70, Green Bay, was called home on Wednesday, April 29, 2009. He was born on May 26, 1938, in Manitowoc, WI to the late George and Ruth (Westphal) Behringer. John graduated from Lincoln High School, class of 1956. He served his country in the Army from 1956 to1959. John received a two-year Industrial Engineering degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering; Bachelors of Science degree from University of Wisconsin - Stout. On August 7, 1965, he married Barbara Vollendorf in Manitowoc, WI. They enjoyed 43 years together and a Shaklee Business. John enjoyed boating, golf, bowling, motorcycling, hockey and weekends in Waupaca at the camper. Survivors include his wife, Barb; daughter, Jane (Tom) Jisa, Green Bay; Son, Jeff Behringer, Hood River, Oregon; two special grandchildren, Alexandria and Zach Jisa; two sisters, Joyce (Mike) Dunne, Sussex, WI, Jean (Suni) Ericson, Delafield, WI; brother, Jerry, Tomah, WI; sister-in-law, Marge Wells, Madison, WI; brother-in-law, Paul (Marge) Vollendorf, Manitowoc, WI; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
