Rolee Becker

Roland Lee (Rolee) Becker, 82, Green Bay, died Monday, May 2, 2011 at a local hospital. He was born on February 2, 1929 in Kenosha, Wisconsin to the late Arnold and Meta (Schriefer) Becker. On July 17, 1948, Rolee married Shirley Brucks in Menominee, Michigan. She preceded him in death on March 1, 2011. Rolee worked as a fire fighter for the Green Bay Fire Department for 35 years retiring on December 30, 1990. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Rolee was a member of the Retired Fire Fighters of Wisconsin. He was a member of Model A Club and Vintage Chevrolet Club of America. Rolee was a board member for the Fire Department Credit Union. He enjoyed spending time with his family and telling a good story. Rolee is survived by two sons, Dan (Kathy) Becker, Steven (Mary) Becker; grandchildren, Kevin (Selena), Kurt (Amy), Laura (Jacob), Andrew, Eric, Emily, Jody (Paul), Michael (Heidi), Debra (Jim); great-grandchildren, Nate, Nicholas, Noah, Mira, Lucy, Rosa, Alexis, Madison, Paul, Kyle, Skylar, Lexi, Colleen, Clara and Dyllan.
