ROLAND C. "PHIL" PHILLIPS Mr. Phil Phillips, of Northwoods Road in the Town of Port Washington, passed away at his residence Saturday morning, October 29, 2011. He was 70 years old. Roland was born in Milwaukee on May 26, 1941, son of Roland E. and Hilda Holtz Phillips. The family moved to Port Washington in 1957. On April 3, 1965 Phil was united in marriage with Judean Wicke at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Grafton. The couple settled on Northwoods Road and raised their family. Mr. Phillips was a welder and most recently had worked for Trak International. He was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and playing horseshoes. Phil is survived by his wife, Judean, and their three sons: Kelly (Rochelle) Phillips of Port Washington, Kenneth (Kelly) Phillips of Port Washington and Kevin (Alicia) Phillips of Newburg. He is further survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 brothers: James (Audrey) Andraski of Grafton and Steve (Janet) Phillips of Pennsylvania. Brien of Cedar Grove and Diane Brueser of Great Falls, MT, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his daughter Pamela Polgar, grandson Jeffrey Phillips and brother Robert Phillips. A Memorial Service will be held at 4PM on Saturday Nov. 5th, at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 420 W. Whitefish Road, Port Washington. The family will receive visitors at CHURCH on Saturday from 3-4PM.
