Mark Ivan Wagner, 58, of Hampton, Iowa, passed away November 8, 2011, at the Mercy Medical Center North Iowa in Mason City, Iowa. He was born April 2, 1953, in Hampton, Iowa, to Joseph and Vilas (Knoll) Wagner. Mark graduated from Hampton High School in 1971. He was employed by Cashway Lumber for 20 years, Seebee Corporation for 21 years and in 2005 Mark started his own business: Wagner Window Repair. He enjoyed being able to help others by fixing their "window panes". Mark's favorite hobby was woodworking. He loved spending time in 'the shop" making crafts for friends, family and himself. Mark enjoyed camping with friends and family, cruising Beeds Lake on the pontoon, riding around and watching friends as they deer hunted, flying his paraplane, trout fishing ice fishing, attending and watching Nascar races (go Tony Stewart) and collecting Old Style memorabilia. Mark is survived by his wife Deb Richard of Hampton, son Jamie Wagner of Ames, a brother in law, Merlin Behn, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
