Fred William Troxell

Troxell, Fred William Sr.,83, passed away January 25 after a prolonged hospitalization and Parkinson's Disease. Born Dec. 14,1927 in Glasgow , Pa. and resided in Ft. Lauderdale, FL since 1957. Mr. Troxell worked for various companies as a heavy equipment mechanic. He was an active member and Deacon at Westgate Baptist Church and longtime member of Broadview Baptist. Mr. Troxell is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Gloria and their children Fred Jr., Bill (Suzi), Jack (Dolores), Nancy (Mike), Jeff (Christin), 14 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. Viewing/visitation will be held at Fred Hunter's in Davie Friday Jan 28 from 5-8pm. Memorial service will be held Jan 29 at 9:30 am at Broadview Baptist Chuch in North Lauderdale, Fl.
