Chuck Downard

Charles William (Chuck) Downard, Jr., 64, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Saturday, December 13, 2008 at home following a short battle with kidney cancer. Chuck was born February 23, 1944, in Chariton, Iowa to Charles (Chuck) William Downard, Sr. and Marguerite Adcock Downard. Chuck was a 1962 graduate of Chariton High School. He lived in the Chariton/Knoxville area until 1995 when he moved to Bella Vista, AR. Prior to retirement in 1997, he was employed by the Veterans Administration Hospitals in Fayetteville, AR and Knoxville, IA for 32 years. He was the owner of C & C Enterprises, and Downard Enterprises, Inc. and was a local handyman in the Benton County area. He was preceded in death by his parents.
