Sam Hall, 86

He was born April 27, 1923 in Attica, Iowa the son of Robert M. and Lois Smith Hall. He served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. Sam married Ruby Nelson on December 14, 1948 in Duluth, MN. Sam worked as a plumber for many years. He was a 60 plus year Mason, a member of the Elks, and the American Legion. He enjoyed golfing, big band music, dancing, gardening, and collecting agates. Sam died Sunday, January 3, 2010 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. He is survived by: two sons, John Hall of Burnsville, Minn. and Scott (Marie Dachel) Hall of Chippewa Falls; one daughter, Bonnie Jo Kolodge of Duluth, Minn.; 7 grandchildren, Kim Kummer, Mike Kolodge, Briana and Lauren Hall and Kristin, Brian and Nicholas Hall; and 5 great grandchildren.
