DENNIS 'PAT' ALMANDINGER MUSCATINE, Iowa -Dennis 'Pat' Almandinger, 61, of Muscatine, died on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at his home. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 23, 2012, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Pastor David Revelle of the Christian Center Church, in Davenport, will officiate the service. Honorary bearers will be Norman Miller, Joel Fuller and Bob Storr. Casket bearers will be Orville Miller, Rick Peterson, Tony Giles, Mike Cromer, Larry Walker, and Randy Sell. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 22, 2012, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Heartland Hospice Program or to the American Cancer Society. Pat was born on April 21, 1950, in Hannibal, Missouri, the son of Millard and Lillian Davis Almandinger. He married Michelle Taylor on April 20, 2002, in Muscatine. He had worked for HJ Heinz Company and retired after 38 years of employment. He was a member of the Christian Center Church in Davenport. He was preceded in death by his father in 1984.
