Daniel Finegood

Born March 23, 1954, passed away January 22, 2007. Devoted husband of 27 years to Bonnie; Loving father to Matt and Natalie; Cherished son of Rae and the late David Finegood; Adoring brother to Freddi Sue (Ethan Horwitz) Finegood.Danny was kind, sweet and adventurous. He enjoyed a long career in the furniture industry but was perhaps best known for changing the Hollywood sign, most notably to Â"HollyweedÂ" in 1976.He was an avid art lover who took pride in his extensive and unique collection of neon signs. Daniel loved to ski and play racquetball. Young at heart, he was an animal lover and a longtime member of the Oakwood School board.
