Tamara Shad

Shad, Tamara passed away on May 1, 2008.  Loving mother of Robert Apatow, Judd (Leslie Mann) Apatow and Mia (Michael Hurst) Apatow.  Cherished daughter of Molly Shad and the late Robert Shad.  Devoted grandmother of Olivia, Quincy, Iris, Maude, Sarah and Sophia.  Dear sister of Samantha (Dennis) Swarthout.  Beloved partner of Don Hyde.  She was vibrant, strong, funny and tenacious.  She had rich life; she loved her family, tennis and running the family business, Mainstream Records.  She will be missed dearly.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Stanford Comprehensive Cancer Center, Development Office, 2700 Sand Hill Rd.  Menlo Park, CA 94025 or The UCLA Jonsson Cancer Foundation, Factor Building room 8-684, Box 951781 Los Angeles, CA 90095-1781. [more]
