ted Methodist Women. She served her community as Cub Scout Den Mother, as past president of the American Legion Auxiliary, and member of the Iowa Farm Bureau. She received numerous awards and trophies as a beautician and was recognized by the Macedonia United Methodist Church for 50 years of continuous membership. Bobbe enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening, watching sports on TV, and time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bobbe and Bob had been married 32 years at the time of Bob's death on February 7, 1975. Bobbe passed away at her home in Macedonia on September 20, 2009, at the age of 90 years and 15 days. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bob; son Michael Green in 1985; grandson Robert Reagen Green in 2001; sisters, Louise Gross and her husband Harry, Frances Hall and her husband Lawrence, and Virginia Sowers and her husband William. Bobbe is survived by her son Kevan Green and wife Eula of Carson, Iowa; sister Donna Salisbury and husband Lewis of Olathe, Kansas; grandchildren, Richard Green and wife Heather and their sons, Michael and Scott of Ennis, Texas; Kristin Green and her daughter Kate of Seagoville, Texas; Ryan Green of Ennis, Texas; Adam Green and wife Stephanie and their son Devan of Flemington, Missouri; Kelli Bush and husband Jason and their daughters, Hannah and Haley of Carroll, Iowa; and Cassandra Green of Carson, Iowa; a niece and nephews; other relatives and friends. Memorials suggested to Macedonia Ambulance Fund.
