James Sturgill

James Sturgill, 80 formerly of Franklin passed away Wednesday April 25, 2012 at his daughters home in Lebanon. James was born in Bell County, Ky the son of William and Margaret (Laws) Sturgill. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Kathleen in 2004. He was a construction worker and served his country in the Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his children, Ronald Sturgill, Janet Holland and Melvena Sexton, 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. He also leaves a brother, Harold Sturgill and 2 sisters, Faye Wilson and Wanda Collett. Funeral services are Monday 10:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin.
