Donnie Tucker

Donnie Dwayne Tucker, age 69, passed from this life on April 28, 2012 at the Monroe Care Center in Albia. He was born to Stanley Alfred and Loretta Pearl (Chance) Tucker on November 2, 1942 in Lovilia. Donnie grew up in Lovilia and graduated from Lovilia High School. He married Jeanette Reed. To this union two children were born, Randy, and Linda. Donnie and Jeanette later divorced. He then married Kay Kendall. Donnie worked for John Deere as a Welder until his retirement. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, road cruising and just having a good time. He is survived by his children: Randy (Truddy) Tucker of Pleasant Hill, and Linda Tucker of Albia, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and siblings, Janette (Bill) Flahive of Albia, and Beverly Sampson of Alexandria, VA. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Kay, and sister, Rowena Shelford, and one sister during infancy. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the Sinnott Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Lovilia with Pastor Lynda Carlson officiating.
