Gerald Rand

Gerald M. "Jerry" Rand, 81, Green Bay, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012. He was born on April 8, 1931 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin to the late George and Viola (Wallum) Rand. Jerry served his country in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He married Mary Ellen McSweeney on November 17, 1960 in Radisson, Wisconsin. Jerry was employed with the Department of Natural Resources from 1961 until his retirement in 1989. Surviving are his wife, Mary Ellen; three children, Michael (Lisa) Rand of Somerset, Terri (Jeff) Koehn of Florence and Penny (Bill) Marsh of Belvidere, Illinois; four grandchildren, Rachel and Katie Koehn and Samantha and Jerry Rand; and a sister, Carol (Arnie) Skaar. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Lyndahl Funeral Home from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm. Visitation will continue again on Saturday, May 12 at Lyndahl Funeral Home from 10 am until the Memorial Service at 11 am with Rev. Paul Smith officiating. Full Military Honors will follow.
