Erich Brueschke, 42, of Fort Dodge passed away on Tuesday September 27, 2011 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home after a long illness with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Erich was born in Fort Dodge on September 28, 1968 to Siegfried and Beverly (Buettner) Brueschke. He grew up and attended school in Fort Dodge and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High in 1987. He worked for Wermac Foods and then for Electrolux for many years. He married Diann Berning on September 27, 1997. He loved music and was a member of the "Kiss Army". He was a dog lover and enjoyed playing cards and getting on Facebook. He was also an avid Chicago Bears and Cubs fan. Erich is survived by his wife Diann; children Mike and Brandon; siblings Dewey Brueschke, Kelm (Kathy) Brueschke, Mike (Susan) Brueschke and Kurt (Regina) Brueschke; Mother and Father in-law Bill and Betty Berning; and brothers and sister in-law Rhonda (Quint) Nelson, Steve (Krisi) Berning, Brian (Amber) Berning and William Berning Jr.; Aunt Sue Pearl; Cousins Ann (Todd) Reynolds, Steven Pearl and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
