Shirley M. Buntin

Shirley M. Buntin, 77, Ashwaubenon, died Tuesday Sept. 25, 2012. She was born in Neenah on April 5,1935, to the late Clarence and Theresa (Schroeder) Manteufel. She married William Buntin May 14, 1956 in Iowa. Shirley worked for Diana Manufacturing for 25 years until she retired. She loved spending time up North in Crivitz. Her grandchildren were the love of her life. She also enjoyed going to the Moose lodge on Friday nights. Shirley was also an avid Packer fan. Shirley loved her two cats; Chaz, and Rascal. Shirley is survived by her two sons, Jeffery(Diane Rogers) Buntin, Mesa, AZ, Scott (Kena Owen) Buntin, Green Bay, one daughter and son in law, Brenda (John) Collier, three grand children, Jesse, Jennifer, and Angela Collier, Green Bay, one brother in law George Buntin, Green Bay, one sister, Judy Raygo, Marinette, two sister in laws; Dee Manteufel and Cheri Manteufel, Green Bay, brother in law, Bob Maccaux, Green Bay, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. , Julie (Bob) Blozinski, Gordy and Butch Manteufel, Green Bay, and Bob Raygo, Marinette and John & Mary Buntin Wausau. Friends may call Friday, September 28, at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 1731 St. Agnes Drive, from 4 to 6 p.m., with funeral service at 6 p.m with Rev. Scott Malme officiating. Entombment will take place at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Many special thanks to Dr. Bass, and Dr. Potts, and the Critical Care unit at St. Vincent's Hospital. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Shirley's name.
