Shirley Marie Wells, 78, of Centerville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday October 16, 2012. Shirley Wells was born on October 27, 1933 in Great Falls, Montana to Joseph and Dorothea Wampol. She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her son Jack Gookin, and sister Beverley Peabody. She is survived by her faithful furry companion, Ginger, her children Dennis Gookin and wife Virginia of Tulsa ,OK; Joseph Moss and wife Debbie of Eureka Springs, AR; Debora Moore and husband Allen of Springboro, OH; Rick Gookin and wife Bonnie of Rixeyville, VA; Kelly Neal and husband Chuck of Elkwood, VA; and Don Wells of Springfield, VA. Grandchildren Mike and Marie Gookin, Daniel Gookin, Grace Gookin, Joe Moss, Ryan Moss, Melanie and John Vogel, Timothy and Marcie Moore, Tony and Claire Moore, Jennifer and Erik Smith, Allison and Collin Messer, Erick Gookin, Chris Gookin, Jason Henderson, Jackie and Jesse Davis, CJ Wells, and numerous Great-Grandchildren; and a sister Thelma Greig and husband Ivan.
