Mark A Moericke, of Pearson, died Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Langlade Hospital. He was 49 years old. He was born on October 11, 1963 in West Bend, a son of Roland and Kaye (Thompson) Moericke.
He was raised in West Bend and worked in a factory in Menominee Falls. Then for over 20 years he was an over the road truck driver residing in the northwoods.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
He volunteered in the Civil Air Patrol having attained the rank of Lt. Colonel.
Survivors include two daughters Christa Moericke of Newburg, Nicole Budzinski of Jackson; two step-daughters Nancy and spouse Cory McCorkle of Merrill, Lisa and spouse David Kritz of Lincoln, California; six grandchildren Hailee, Sean, Emily, Caleb, Connor, Dawson; his father Roland of West Bend, mother Kaye of Green Bay, a sister Beth and husband Dale Moser of West Bend; three brothers Rod and wife Amy Moericke of West Bend, Christopher and wife Kristina Moericke of Wautoma, Randy and wife Michelle Moericke of West Bend; three half-brothers Dennis and spouse Bonita Moericke of Schiocton; Russ and spouse Nancy Moericke of Appleton, Victor Cabot of Texas; a half-sister Susanna Belongia of North ...[more]

He was preceded in death by his step-mother Bobbette Erickson-Moericke.
