You all made it bearable and even pleasant at times for him. They would also like to mention his special friends, Charlie and Sharon Ford. Those left to honor his memory include his sisters, Paula Gillespie and husband, Reid, of Muscatine, and Sarah Hill and husband, Jim, of Muscatine; one brother, Ray Tandy of Montpelier; nieces and nephews, T. L. Burdick and wife, Carmen of Muscatine, Heather Millsap and husband, Dwayne of Edwardsville, Kansas, Emilee Pamperien of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Jon Toyne of Cedar Rapids, Erika Toyne of Muscatine, Sheree Houseman and husband, Jeremy, of Muscatine, and Jordan Hill of Muscatine; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Seth, Tabitha, and Olivia Burdick, Chelsie Millsap, Kaylee Hayes, Chloe Hill, Avery Houseman, Garrett Robertson, and Ayla Sullivan. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Cheryl Pamperien.
