th his niece Jenni. They loved doing many things together, especially skiing ever since he taught her how to tackle the slopes when she was very young. Lou was really looking forward to spending Christmas with his family in Wisconsin this year. Lou was born August 12, 1960 in Madison WI and graduated from James Madison Memorial High School. He was currently the Director of Engineering at the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. He was very proud to be a part of such a fabulous hotel and enjoyed working with wonderful friends. Previously he was with the Hilton in Miami, and the Marriott at many locations around the country where he made a number of life-long friends. Lou was preceded in death by his father, Louis J. Pellitteri, in 2004. He will be terribly missed by his mother, Hazel Pellitteri, of Madison; brother, Paul, of Madison; sister, Lorraine "Lori", of Madison; brother, Steve, and sister-in-law, Lori, of Oakland, CA; niece and Godchild, Jennifer "Jenni", of Fort Collins, CO; niece, Cindi (Jason) Stampfli, of Verona; niece, Melanie, of Oregon; and great-nephews, Blake and Jackson, of Verona. Lou is also survived by one uncle, several aunts and many cousins. He also leaves behind his large extended family of friends and coworkers in Florida and around the country. While we were in Florida this past week, we were very fortunate to experience the incredible love and respect his friends as well as past and present coworkers had for him. We would like to thank all of them for their support through this extremely difficult time. We also appreciate the efforts by the first responders and the staff at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. A very special thank you to his amazing nurse, Martha, who helped us all through Lou's final ride. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 10, 2012 at 11 a.m. at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison, WI 53705. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service. Following the service, Lou will take his "Last Ride" to Resurrection Cemetery in a Victorian "Harley" Funeral Coach. Memorials may be made to Toys For Tots or a charity of your choice. We will miss you Lou!! LIVE TO RIDE
