Bonnie Robinson

Bonnie Lou Robinson was born March 28, 1933 at Evansville, Indiana to William and Mabeline (Fulton) Hobson. She attended school at Evansville and worked in an ice cream dairy there. She was married to Marion Robinson on July 16, 1960 in Evansville, Indiana. Marion was serving his country so the couple lived in several locations from California to Virginia as well as overseas in France. They had purchased a home in Wesley when Marion's sudden illness changed their plans to move. They both became residents of the Westview Care Center in Britt in 1995. Marion died in March, 2000 and Bonnie died on Friday December 14, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center ~ North Iowa in Mason City at the age of 79. Bonnie enjoyed Big Band music and dancing. Since moving to Britt, she enjoyed riding on the John Deere Tractor during Britt Hobo Days and was overjoyed when she was chosen one year as Queen of Westview Care Center. She was also known for her sense of humor.
