Roger E. Stebelton

Roger E. Stebelton age 85 of Carlisle, Ohio passed away, Monday, December 17, 2012 at Life Care Hospital of Dayton. He was born December 15, 1927 in Baltimore, Ohio the son of Boyd and Clara Stebelton. He retired from Monsanto in 1989 after many years of service and a current member of the Carlisle Lions Club and St. Mary's Parish in Franklin. He previously was a volunteer fire fighter for the City of Franklin for over 15 years. Roger was active in the Carlisle community serving on the Carlisle City Council and past Mayor of Carlisle. He is preceded in death by a son, Robert; and brothers, John, Ronald, Robert, Richard, and Thomas. Roger is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Theresa (Acord) Stebelton; children, Roseanna Keller (Wayne), Shirley Brewer (Ken), Roger L. Stebelton (Karen); Nancy Hester (Bruce), Tina Greene (Wilbur), Randy Stebelton (Charlotte), Rick Stebelton (Amy), and Rod Stebelton (Tammy), and siblings, Carl Stebelton (Ann), Janice Levan (Clancy), and Joyce Miller. Also survived by 25 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
