Scott A. Sterling

Scott Ashley Sterling, 32, of Malibu, California passed away in Malibu on January 1, 2013. He was a life-long resident of Malibu and enjoyed an outdoors-oriented life, full of activities such as fishing, boating, surfing, hiking and camping. He also was an accomplished body-builder. He is survived by his parents, as well as sister Joanna Miller and brother Chris Sterling and nieces and nephews Luke, Hannah, Ava, and Sofia Miller and Cameron Sterling. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Mount Sinai Memorial Park and Mortuary in Los Angeles. An internment service for close friends and family is to be held there on Sunday, January 6 at 1:00 PM. Pallbearers will be Chris Sterling, Eric Miller, Richard Liss, Gary Liss, Louis Pizante, Danan Smith, and Henry Akins. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in memory of Scott Sterling be made to the American Diabetes Association, 611 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 900, Los Angeles, California 90017.
